How it works
Got surplus food to give? We’ll help you do it safely and simply. Here’s what we accept and how it works.
Food waste poses a direct threat to our environment, with most surplus ending up in landfill. By becoming a Felix supply partner, you make sure good food goes to people, not waste.
Plug into our expertise to identify and create solutions for the food you can’t use. Our industry standard compliance ensures your food is looked after, while our reporting gives you a clear view of your impact.
What we can accept
We can take large volumes of surplus food, as well as small quantities from across the food and drink industry. That includes fresh, frozen, chilled and ambient food and drink — from bulk ingredients to finished products.
- Short-dated stock
- Excess, discontinued or seasonal stock
- Order cancellations or quality rejections
- Damaged, misprinted, or foreign packaging
- Samples, new product testing and trials
- Unfinished product
- Bulk ingredients for manufacturing
- Food beyond its BBE based on WRAP Guidelines
- Products for ‘chill to freeze’.
How we look after your food
Food safety underpins everything we do. We operate to exactly the same standards as the food and drink industry. Our food management systems ensure full compliance and traceability, and our Regional Centres are independently audited every year.
